The Ritz Group is a 38 year old networking organization where "Creativity meets Capital."    We are a non-profit (501-c-3).   We are dedicated to the "cause" of promoting successful entrepreneur ventures in Georgia.    We fund our programs through your membership and sponsorship.

The Ritz Group is currently serving over 3,600 subscribers who are engaged in the process of funding early-stage entrepreneurs raising seed and Series A private equity funding.   Our expertise and NEED or VOID we serve in the ecosystem is demystifying the riggors of "going private".   That is...creating and running a stockholder company funded by private shareholders  

As leaders in addressing the modern day challenge to create and manage a private equity shareholder-based company, we are the authors of the Capital Drill that has created the new Equity-U addressing Angel and Entrepreneur Training, plus Capital Service offerings.  Our belief is that...."If we can create more Angels - we can fund more companies."

We recognize Angels are a critical resource and we conduct monthly Angel Club virtual luncheons to discuss "Deal Flow" and stay informed as to what's happening in our ecosystem

Finally, Ritz Group is a leader in providing members with a digital portal they can profile their business specifying it NEEDs and HAVEs dnabling our Match Engine to not only MATCH within the Ritz Group, but also within our ecosystem.    The Ritz Group membership is Powered by Brite Idea Labs, that also hosts Capital Expo and the new Capital Event Registry.
