The Ritz Group is currently serving over 2,000 subscribers engaged in the process of funding early-stage entrepreneurs raising seed and Series A private equity funding.  Our contribution to the Entrepreneur Ecosystem is demystifying the rigors of private equity funding or  "going private".   That is...creating and running a stockholder company funded by private equity stakeholders.    

As leaders in addressing the modern day challenge to create and manage a private equity shareholder-based company, we have migrated to Ritz Group into a Venture Studio Model where we recognize that in the next decade, we must take a more active role in "Scaling" companies to exit and making ROI happen for Investors.   The Venture Studio model features a Network of over 1,300 venture partners who provide more than mentoring.   They have executive expertise and provide fractional CxO and also embed in companies providing leadership skills to drive Exit for Investors.

The Venture Studio Model also provides a Studio Lab providing TOOLS to build and grow companies.  They are the Capital Drill that is a proprietary Financial modeling platform for creating and managing a Shareholder company, plus our AI Film Studio to create the next generation of Investor Collateral, or Jump Start an intensive Program to reset and restart companies that have staller or need a succession plan to raise funds to continue their scale to exit.

We recognize Angels are a critical resource and this year we instituted an Investor Relations position and started our first Angel Pool to actually write checks for our "Innovation Star" companies.   We continue to hold our Angel Club luncheons monthly that serve as our THINK TANK for Entrepreneurism.  

Ritz Group leadership is driven by something rarely found in other organizations - that is our belief that...  "Going Digital" is the answer to "connecting" Entrepreneurs with investors.   We are a leader in providing members with an exclusive i-Match community hosted by Brite Idea Lab.   We are pro-active advocate for using Ai and video to recreate Elevator Pitches and Pitch Decks.   

We are avid supporters of Capital Expo - a virtual Trade Show that multi-hosts ALL organizations state-wide that incubate or foster entrepreneurs.   We are pro-active leaders in supporting the next generation of De-Fi for Fintech  leading to true democratization.
