Yes, this is similar in concept to the popular dating sites, but re-designed for the entrepreneur ecosystem.
It provides ONE Place to store all of your Investor collateral to include multiple business ventures, contacts, web-links, videos and documents. This is where you store your investor contacts and also resources you need to scale.

Innovation Stars
Innovation Stars is a licensed Listing Portal for Ritz Group Members to Post their Elevator Pitch Video linking to their Pitch Deck Video. Video Elevator Pitches and Pitch decks are part of the Ritz Groups new standards for Ai generated investor collateral. Innovation Stars and your Brite Ideal Lab Profile will be used by our screening committee to select candidates for Angel Pool and Shark Attack Events. Ritz Group conducts training courses on how to create the perfect Elevator Pitch and Pitch Deck videos (click here).

Angel Pool
Angel Pool is the Ritz Group new forum to FUND companies from our Accredited Investors. Ritz Group Angels meets quarterly to Invest in Seed companies the Ritz Group has screened to ensure they meet the Angel Pool Criteria, have revenue, lead investor and terms sheet, in addition to registration with the SEC . Ritz Group provide K9’s for the Angel Pool Investors. Angel Pool provides an excellent “Groupthink” opportunity for new investors to witness company pitches for funds and simply write a check on companies they like. Angels are required to write at least one check per year. (more)

Shark Attack
Shark Attack. Shark Attack is our premier main tent event conducted nine months of the year. The program features 3 ICON local Sharks to critique and make recommendations to 4 local companies presenting their pitch for capital investment. Sharks ask questions before tendering their assessment. The program is conducted "Live" from 5:30 to 7:00pm. (video)
Networking. Prior to Shark Attack, beginning at 4:00, we hold a Fireside Chat with a local ICON or Expert in a subject. This session overlaps with Networking beginning at 4:30 with d'oeuvres and a cash bar. Physical in person networking is back in-vogue and a great way to meet new contacts, tour exhibitor booths and get ready for Shark Attack. (more)
Screening. Companies selected to present at Shark Attack have profiled on Brite Idea Labs and Innovation Stars. Member companies can also Exhibit at Shark Attack (request)
Digital Shark Attack. Candidates and selected companies can participate in one or multiple online Digital Shark Attacks to practice their PITCH and also respond to questions from the host and other attendees. Digital Shark Attack via Zoom is also an excellent way to hone your pitch. (more)
Capital Training on Private Equity
Focus. The Ritz Group GOAL with Capital Training is to FOCUS on using the Capital Drill model to de-mystify and simplify today's complex model for creating a private shareholder company. This is called "Going Private" and although less intensive than "Going Public," it represents a major educational GAP for both investors and entrepreneur.
Courses. Three Capital Training courses are offered for the Fall 2024 Season. Two are focused on creating on using AI and creating the next generation of Elevator Pitch and Pitch Deck Videos. The third is our one day private equity Boot Camp - "So you want to go Private" (more)
Scholarship Programs for Lead Due Diligence
Scholarships. The Ritz Group Scholarship Program is a unique funding option for performing the Capital Services Audit that is funded by investors before they invest the big money. The Scholarship program recognizes bootstrapped companies are broke - but have stock as a by-product of the audit. Investors fund the audit and receive stock from the company for the money they invested to perform the audit.
The Scholarship Program is a major component of Investor due diligence. Since it sets terms based on audited assumptions, it represents a form of Investor LEAD enabling other Angels to come on board knowing an independent audit has been performed.
