Are you an entrepreneur, a founding team member navigating the complex world of private equity? The Ritz Group understands that many of you may not have the experience of successfully forming or exiting a stakeholder company—a critical skill recognized by investors as essential for early-stage funding.
To bridge this gap, The Ritz Group offers the Capital Drill Boot Camp, a comprehensive educational solution that equips you with the tools, platforms, and professional services needed to enhance investor confidence, accelerate growth, and avoid common cash flow pitfalls. In fact, you are invited to bring your Financial Team, lead investor or Venture Partner to class with you.
Introducing the Capital Drill, a groundbreaking "Best Practice" standard for financial management designed to help you create or restart a shareholder business, scale to exit, and deliver exceptional returns for your investors.
The Capital Drill Boot Camp is an 11-hour online course that provides hands-on training in the Capital Drill methodology. Participants will receive a Capital Drill Workbook and must add their 5-year forecast proformas for sales by product line, product and tech development plans, G&A Cashflows, plus capital raise plans leading to exit. When complete - the Capital Drill results are used to model a "Best-Case" and "Worst-Case" Stakeholder ROI analysis.
During the boot camp, you'll learn how to convert your existing financial proformas into the Capital Drill Workbook, complete a master consolidated 5-year cash flow gap analysis, and prepare to run your company's cap table modeling scenarios.
Boot camp participants can subscribe to the Capital Drill Modeling Platform to simulate unlimited capital raise scenarios, scale to exit, and plug in actual company financial performance to re-project exit results and investor ROI. The Capital Drill Subscription platform also offers a full back office for creating, hosting, and archiving multiple modeling scenarios and Capital Drill Workbooks. (3-min Film)

Participants should be founders with a basic understanding of their company's income and balance sheet, comfortable with their cash flow 5-year projection, and familiar with sales, product & tech development, plus capital raise spreadsheets. Up to 2 Team Members, your lead investor and Venture Partner are also invited to attend.
The Capital Drill Boot Camp is designed to enhance Founder (and team) financial competence, ensuring you are 100% confident with the key financial levers vital to scaling your private equity company. This competence will inspire confidence in your team and potential investors, demonstrating that you are in control and focused on achieving mission success and delivering outstanding investor ROI.
