Angel Accelerator. A series of three (3) half day Private Equity Training programs for Angels and Private Equity Investors. Academy training programs use the Capital Drill Modelling to teach how to set up and manage a private equity shareholder company.
Angel 101
Goal
Introduce Angels to a NEW methodology for establishing the valuation and investing in a private shareholder company
Audience: New and experienced active of passive Angels who want to take a new or active role in investing in an early stage private equity company
Duration: 1/2 Day for 5 to 10 investors max
