The Capital Drill certified Fractional CFO will mentor and guide Clients through the following Capital Drill three (3) step process.    The role of the Fractional CFO is  auditing the client companies Investor Collateral, Sales and Marketing Proformas, Product Dev process and Capital raise strategy.   Fractional CFO's guide companies in the creation of the companies Capital Drill Workbook used to create the clients proprietary 5- Year Master Cashflow Plan that, along with the clients fully diluted Shareholder of Record Cap Table,  is input into the Clients Capital Drill Modeling Dashboard.   

As defined in the following Chart, the Fractional CFO Practice varies by customer.   However, it is estimated at 60 hours of work or $15,000 with a $5K retainer.

Your Fractional CFO serves as both a mentor and auditor to insure client "Management Teams" projections are sound.    Fractional CFO are retained on an as needed basis and are instrumental in participating in your capital raise meetings with investors.   Capital Drill Certification becomes a key criteria in the Investors Due Diligence process.    

Capital Drill Boot Camps (Online and In-the-Classroom) 

Capital Drill provides two (2) Boot Camp Cohorts to accelerate the Capital Drill Certification of a private shareholder company.   The first is a four day ONLINE via Google Meets webinar and the second is a four day in-person Class.   Both Cohort Boot Camps conduct a pre-requisite 2-hour training program prior to the actual beginning of the Cohort training.   The purpose of this session  is to distribute the Capital Drill Workbook templates that serve as the GUIDE that requires completion prior to the beginning of each Cohort.

Upon completion of each Cohort, the companies will be knowledgeable on using the Capital Drill Subscription model,  which will be used to store all of their fully diluted Shareholder cap table  modeling runs.  This will complete the company's Capital Drill Certification

All Capital Drill Certified Companies will be showcased in a quarterly Graduation Event where they will be able to Exhibit and be recognized at the Shark Attack Main Event.

Day 1.   Who are we introductions.   Class introductions to include course objectives, followed by Company introductions (elevator pitch) followed by pitch deck presentations and Cohort critiques.   Teams present their Capital Drill Workbook (class pre-requisite)  to the Cohort.   The workbook will introduce the companies 5-year Sales strategy, product development strategy and multi-phased Capital (Debt & Equity Strategy).  

Day 2.   5-year Master Cash Flow Day.    Each Cohort team will present their 5-Year Master Plan to the Cohort for critiques by the Class.   The focus is to develop competency in critiquing the Sales, Product Dev and Capital Dev Plan. 

Day 3.   Cap Table Modeling Day.   The session will introduce the Cap Table Modeling data input criteria and then create a class simulation of their Model showing the Investor, Founder, Board and Employee valuations for their companies various capital raises leading to Exit.    

Day 4.    This is Reverse Engineering Day where each of the Cohorts re-model to show the minimum valuation matrix to achieve industry standard returns for investors.    The Goal in this session to provide the Cohort team with the confidence to  present  to the Board or management teams, the impact on Investor ROI based on the latest company financial results, proforma forecasts and company pivots.

Note:   Company Executives can “Drop-in” one or more sessions to assist their team or listen to other teams.
