Capital Club  

The Ritz Group CAPITAL CLUB is the remote Chapter of the Buckhead-based Ritz Group Non-Profit.  The remote Chapter focus is cultivating ANGELS and optionally ENTREPRENEURS, providing a local point-of-presence, while using the CAPITAL resources provided by the Ritz Group parent. 

The remote chapter focus is the curation of ANGELS - a necessity in cultivating local entrepreneurs.  Meeting on a monthly and quarterly basis to INVEST and review companies stimulates and expands the local Angel Community.   Angel Academy education, provided by the Ritz Group parent, creates new Angels and re-energizes existing Angels with the NEW Capital Drill de-mystifying today's private equity securities market.    Providing Angels with a premier FUND enabling them to invest in the top tier national early stage companies,  as well as the leading regional companies represents and industry exclusive that minimizes investment risk and maximizes ROI.  

CAPITAL CLUB Chapters can also cultivate local Entrepreneurs with monthly Entrepreneur Club luncheons, iAccelerator Pprograms and submission to the Ritz Group Company POOL.  Many organizations, from educationt to local Chamber-of-commerce focus on cultivating Entrepreneurs.  None... focus on cultivating ANGELS.   Each Local Chapter decides their span of control.     

(Remote Chapters)   

REQUIREMENTS:   Ritz Group CAPITAL CLUB Chapters must have the following infrastructure to form and orgaize a local Chapter.

1.    Registered business entity - LLC or Non-Profit (501-c-3)
2.    Board of Directors (3 minimim)
3.    President or designated Leader (Part-Time)
4.    Co-Working or facility as a base of operation
5.    One active Sponsor (Min $2,500)

CHAPTER REVENUE:    Chapters share in the local member revenue stream for Ritz Group Membership, Capital programs and services. 

RITZ GROUP PROVIDES:    Ritz Group provides the Angel FUND, the Company POOL, Shark Attack local and remote Events, Capital training for Angels and Entrepreneurs, plus a technology backbone for chapter and parent member collaboration. 

Each Chapter will have a Chapter Profile on Brite Idea Lab 2.0 specifying its goals purpose and match criteria.  Chapter members (Angels, Product/Service Providers, Organizations, Sponsors and Entrepreneurs) will also create their unique profile to include match credentials based on needs (buy-sell)        Brite Idea, besides hosting the Ritz Group Membership provides a local, regional and national match market for the entrepreneur ecosystem
