                                                                                              Two day BOOT CAMP conducted at the City Club

FastTRAK Your Raise is a 2 Day Boot Camp to thoroughly Stress Test the key components of a Seed or Series A Round - removing rookie mistakes, while insuring critical aspects are at the highest level.   Boot Camp candidates' are pre-screened for their investor - readiness.   They are judged on being ready for a Bridge Seed Round, Series A or B round.   Candidates share completed all of their investor collateral and are ready to begin their capital raise.    The Boot Camp workshop will test their "metal" and fine tune their strategy.   Successful candidates leave with a viable game plan and a clear understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.

Most of us forget how small the Angel, fund manager and VC Markets have become.. Syndication is a way of life and finding a lead is a crucial process within the network.   Failing once also has major ramifications since it take out all potential network funding participants.

Pre-requisites: Elevator Pitch, Executive Summary, 5-Year ICS Pro-forma, CAP Table, Investor Deck
